A reminder that the final exam period runs from Monday, December 13 to Saturday, December 18 and the majority of final exams will be administered remotely. Students must check-out and depart campus within 24 hours of their last exam or by Saturday, December 18 at 9 p.m. (whichever comes first).

The Fitness Center will be open Monday, December 13 through Friday, December 17 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
There will be regular hours and operations at all Dining Services locations from Monday, December 13 through Wednesday, December 15. There will be limited hours and operations from Thursday, December 16through Saturday, December 18.

Winter Break Student Check-Out
All residence halls close for the winter break on Saturday, December 18 at 9 p.m.
Before leaving campus for winter break, please complete the check-out process which includes preparing your room for break if you are residential and going remote in CoVerified.
Residential students need to select their check-out time on the Adirondack Housing Portal. Students should check their Regis email for additional instructions from the Office of Residence Life and/or their hall staff.
The on-campus testing center has stopped all surveillance and voluntary testing for the semester.
From Monday, December 13 to Wednesday December 22 the Center for Health and Wellness will continue to test for the following Regis community members:
Anyone experiencing COVID-19 symptoms
Anyone who needs a test based on clinician recommendation
Close contacts to someone with COVID-19 (first consult with Health Services)
5- to 7-day tests available until December 20.
These will be available from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Monday, December 13 to Friday, December 20.
You must continue to log your daily symptom screening report until you leave campus for winter break. Once you leave campus for winter break, you should mark yourself as remote in CoVerified.
This change to the testing protocol is only for the remainder of the fall semester. The COVID-19 working group is determining the testing protocol for the start of the spring semester and that information will be shared as soon as possible.
The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is available for you to file for the 2022-2023 academic year. If you haven’t already done so, we encourage you to file it as soon as possible. When you do, please include Regis’ school code, 002206.
As a reminder, the FAFSA is one of the most important forms to submit to be considered for the most financial assistance possible and must be resubmitted each academic year. The FAFSA helps you be considered for institutional funding from Regis in addition to federal scholarships, grants, and loans.
