Convocation 2023

Convocation is an annual celebration at which students and faculty gather to celebrate the official opening of the academic year and new students are welcomed into the community. This year's theme is Because the Truth Matters.

 

Convocation 2023 takes place on Tues., Sept. 12 at 12:30 p.m. in the Casey Theatre (Fine Arts Center). A community luncheon will follow the formal program in the Main Dining Hall and Upper Student Center.

Parking in designated Visitor, Admission, and Health Services parking spaces is prohibited and vehicles parked in violation of these restrictions will be subject to ticket and/or tow.

Run for Student Government Association (SGA)

Are you interested in getting more involved at Regis? Do you want to build leadership skills and advocate for your classmates regarding their Regis experience? Then the Student Government Association wants you to run for a position on SGA!

 

First-year students are eligible to serve as first-year representatives and students with sophomore standing or above may run for vacancies within the senate and executive board.

 

Submit your candidacy by Mon., Sept. 18.

The Regis Herald: The Independent Newspaper of Regis College

The Regis Herald is a student-written independent newspaper sponsored by the Marshall M. Sloane School of Business and Communication. Recent articles include topics such as k-pop, the upcoming campus involvement fair, and study abroad.

 

All students from all majors are welcome to enroll in CO200-01 Media Lab: Publishing The Regis Herald. Students can also submit news tips, story ideas, articles, and multimedia using this submission form.
