The Regis Center for Health and Wellness would like to welcome you to Regis. This message contains information on important health form requirements that must be completed prior to your arrival on campus.
Regis College and Massachusetts law require that prior to their arrival on campus, all incoming students:
- provide proof of immunizations;
- have a physical examination; and
- submit their completed health forms.
These requirements apply to all full-time undergraduate students (12 credits or more) who come to campus for any reason including taking classes, attending lab sessions, and/or residing in a residence hall.
Students must provide all required health records, including vaccination records, by July 15, 2024 without exception. Failure to comply may result in consequences which may include, but are not limited to, restriction from campus spaces and Moodle, inability to register for future courses, and/or removal from current courses.
Regis has partnered with CastleBranch, a compliance management company, to provide students with a secure online account to manage time sensitive health document requirements. All students must use this platform to upload the required health documentation.
Please refer to our step-by-step instructions and Health Forms Packet for further guidance. Regis College Health Services does not accept any hard copies of health records and does not review any records for compliance.
Regis athletes must complete CastleBranch health forms in addition to the athletic department requirements outlined by your athletic coach or trainer for the Healthy Roster system.
